How do you know when your tank is CYCLED?

I would like to add 2 panda cories to my 5g tank currently stocked with a zebra danio and 1 other panda. How do I know if its ok to add the other fish

there are all kinds of post about that here But... check your ammonia and nitites if there "0" your prob cycled also you can check the nitrates if you have some 10-20 good then your good
