How do you say "eheim"?

What the real question here is. How did myself who got an A in my german coursework. Pronounce the german word so badly?

That's correct. Just keep in mind that that "eh" is a long sound.

But don't fall for the illusion that, if you pronounce the word correctly, the sales guy will know what you are talking about .
