I just got some beautiful round pellia (subwrassertang) from DarrylR, but I'm not sure what to do with it. Those who scape with it, what do you like to do with it? Tie it to something? Let it go free? Let me know if you have some experience.

Good question! I just got some too. I just put it in the tank for now but my cories seem to think it is "autumn leaves". They swim close to it and suddenly stop and poof! Little puffs floating around. I think we have to attach it to something somehow. Hopefully some experts on this stuff will chime in.

I hope so Snoopy. My baby endlers are loving it too.

I had some, I threw it in the garbage and it made my tank look much better :evil_lol:

I believe you should tie it to wood and it will grow on.

just use fishing line? What about rocks?

I actually really like the way it looks in my tank. and my critters are really enjoying it too.

You can use subwassertang the same way as any of the mosses. Attach to rocks, driftwood, mesh, whatever you want. You can even make a wall from it.

Cool - it's just such a different texture than the java moss I have.

:eek3: jag1980 how could you man!? you should have given it to me! :evil_lol:

It was collecting debris like a swiffer sweeper, I don't think you would have wanted it :silly:
