How fast do they grow?

We have 4 in a 55 gallon tank about 2" each.

Before you call me an idiot, I plan to transfer them to a 90 gallon, then tank them back to the fish store.

They tend to grow at a moderate rate... and it slows down, the bigger they get.... but it does feel like you look in the tank one day and they're the little cute fellas, and the next they're behemoths.

All catfish grow pretty quickly... it depends on how rich their diet is and how healthy they are just how fast.

I would never call you an idiot, but I might tell you when you're making a mistake. Looks like you have things under control though

Mine grew about 1" so far at 12 months currently 6" on a diet of Krill,Bloodworms and brine shrimp.
