how fast do they grow?

and as for their colors, they will benefit from food like Hikari Cichlid Bio Gold and also a varied diet. right?

I had a green Severum that went from the size a half-dollar to full grown in about 6 months. It ate earthworms, feeder guppies, shelled peas, bits of zuchinni and any flake food, algae wafers, and cichlid pellets that I put in. In other words, I never found anything it didn't like and it had a beautiful color.
