how is this 140 gal?

i did, but its like their phone only rings 2 times before going into voice mail. i left a message and sent an email, but i just wanted a general guess because the guy that is going to drill the whole is coming out like tomorrow or the next day to give a quote and no telling when the owner of the tank will get back to me. so ya.

unfortunately that isn't possible unless the stand is big because we found an approximate place where the garage meets the stairs and it is pretty high up because of how our house is designed and also because we have a bunch of cabnits on the floor of our garage. but we will see.

well i think what my dad plans on doing is he wants to make a shelf for the powerstrip to be and then attatch it to an extension cable and have that put through the wall into the garage. i just told him that he should have the drip thing in the cable so we will see when the guy comes in this weekend.

alright. i got the measurements of the stand and tank and i am checking out the tank on sunday. i won't be buying it then, but will be buying it the next weekend if it is in adequet quality. now i have the question of "Which canister filter to buy?"

now i have the question of "Which canister filter to buy?"

I would not buy a fluval, besides that I have no advice. I own fluval 404's and it seems like every time I clean them I have some sort of issue. I have lots and lots of replacement parts.

I got all of mine either free or used. Do not buy a fluval.

well i can't use big al's cuz i have to pay in cash. i don't have a credit card and cash is just a lot easier for me anyways. i was thinking of getting an eihiem or w/e they are called. are there any others that are more reliable or just about as reliable but cheeper?

Print off the Big Al's price and take it to Petsmart and see if they will pricematch it... I have heard several people say that some Petsmart's will pricematch other online prices not just thier own.... Might be worth a shot :)
