How is this combo?????

I would probably stick to one angel fish do to aggression and their eventual size. Otherwise it looks fine to me.

the tetras should be ok as long as they're not tiny. check into the types of gourami's you get. Many gourami's can get very large and many can be very aggressive. I have a gold gourami that I would definitely not recommend with angels. I think the dwarf's would all be pretty good. Each fish has it's own personality though so you can find good and bad in each species. Kyle

I would get at least 5-6 of the tetras. They work best in schools of that size minimum. 1 Angel and possibly just one gourami. I would also add a bottom feeder as well, but that is just me. Maybe a nice small school of 5 cory catfish?

how about this

1 angel is ok, they don't have to be in pairs?
4 head lights tail lights
2 gouramis
4 black stripe tetra
4 cory catfish

Should work fine. Just make sure to add the gouramis together so that one doesn't have time to claim the whole tank.

Angels don't need to be in pairs.

I wouldn't/ The those tetras tend to be nippy and will probably attck his fins. Plus the gouramis and bettas generally do not get along either.
