how is this sand for a freshwater 75g tank?

I've been considering using black sand myself... actually, I wish I could find something the color of the sand on this one beach in naragansett bay, it's slate grey, peppered with sparkly clear pieces and darker black grains... I'm tempted to mix black and white sands to see what I come up with. I imagine finding a white and a black with the same weight and density is the trick to it.

well i've decided to get pool sand. i'm going shopping this weekend for the sand, slate, lava, filters, etc. right now i'm still cleaning out my tank. it was filthy when i got it! i'm going to start a progression thread soon so if your interested stay posted. ^_^
