once you start to begin the cycleying process how long do i wait before i change the water?????????

How are you cycling?
If there aren't any critters no live rock, no fish, no inverts), you don't need to do any water changes until the ammonia and nitrites hit 0. If you have living stuff in there, do changes to keep the ammonia and nitrites from exceeding 1--I'd keep it lower than that, to be safer. If that means 50% daily, do them.

its empty but ill be adding some rocks but there no LR well they will be soon. I did the homemade version with cement and live sand.
