thank everyone for keeping this thread going. I will repeat I am a loyal customer of his (tho I can't top others large purchases $1400!!)
but let me clarify for those who thought shipping is too hi. he is the only site that lets you choose so many ways to ship & recalculates each time you change your choice. I only use UPS or USPO regular ground shipping. I found that uspo was cheaper on very small weight purchase but as I increased my purchase & weight I found switching to ups reg. ground was cheaper. even when you add a gal of prime & other meds!! remember, liquids like prime add a lot of weight - a gallon of water is like 5lbs!!
so when ordering do switch around your choice of shipping to compare & get the lowest cost from kens.

& yes the food is excellent - when he sent to me all my bags (re-bagged & labeled nicely) were all huge flakes which I had to break down myself (not an issue for me).
& his equipment (AC filters/visitherm heaters, etc.) are very reasonably priced.
so buy away all!! happy aquarists we are!@!
