How many (small) mollies, platies, and (small) cories can I fit in 30 gallon?

Personally I don't reccommend any mollies. They are a pretty ugly looking fish IMO. They are all pretty cheap, so don't worry about that.
k heres your 1 and only option......
seing as how molies get up to 7 inches you would be stuck with one male and 2 females total of 21 inches when full grown and 9 inches left over... 3-4 cories..... if you go platy they get about 3-4 inches max so you can go 2 males and 4 females.

dont use the inch- gallon rule. there isnt any "inches left over," as you say. there is space leftoeverWeeNe858 said:
BTW, mollies do not get to 7 inches long, they might get around 5 inches, but not 7. platies only get to two inches. female swordtails get to 4 inches and look a bit like platies, but platies stay much smaller
if you want mollies, get a male sailfin... the silver, silver and gold, and dalmation male sailfins are the best looking. as for females, just get whatever color the male isnt. black mollies are just sailfin mollies that have hybridized with another species of molly
Well, what were you thinking? Do you want all mollies? mollies and platys? what do you want in your tank?
