How much and how many water changes?

Fantastic Advice......

I'm thinking along the lines of more water changes now...as opposed to my minimum interference maximum results philosophy.

The more I read these Forums the more I conclude its about little and often....

1. when cycling keep adding a little ammonia and often (after cheking levels)?
2. when adding fish dont add all at once...add a little and often!
3. I could go on....?!?

1 in fishless cycling keep ammonia upto 3-5ppm
2 try not to add more then 50% more bio load. wait a couple weeks before adding more
3 yes.... its endless.
