How much food!!!

This is probably a very common question, but how much and how often should i be feeding my malawis? I currently have 11 malawi cichlids in my tank averaging at 6cm each, i,m feeding them one frozen cube of brine shrimp and a small handful of hikari pellets aday. Thanks

Depends on the kind of fish you have... Brine shrimp everyday? Try to feed your fish a varied diet. Flakes, spirulina, pellets. Keep the high protein foods such as blood worms and brine shrimp to a minimal.

I feed Hikari Cichlid Gold once a day,as much as they can eat in like 3-4 min.
I also feed feeder fish like once every two weeks.
The Hikari pellets is the only thing they they really need to eat,it is complete and balanced nutrition.

Thanks for the info,very helpful, the fish shop told me it was ok to feed brine shrimps everyday!!
