how much light do i need

i have been told so many different things i have a 45 gallon tank and currently have 1 x 30w t8 marine white, 1 x 30w normal t8, 1 x 15w marine blue t8 i leave the blue on constantly and turn the two whites off at night my shrooms and buttons seem to be fine but i aim to add an anenome in the near future do you think i need more light if so suggestions
 
I would sugest at least about 150 - 250w T5 or MH setup and ensure that you keep the water in prestine condition..As a general guide, nems should not be introduced untill the tank has been running for about a 10 months to a year. This gives the tank chance to settle and to mature..

yea thats the right range. i personally like metal halides due to their penetration.
