How much ROWAphos

Sorry if I sound stupid but I don't understand the dosing directions that came with the rowaphos, is it possible to use too much?
The directions say - ' on new or established tanks where the phosphate levels are high first measure the level in the water and assume that 2-4 times that amount may be bound up in the substrate and adjust the table accordingly by dividing the recommended aquarium size by 2-4 times' ??? My levels are between 0.25 and 0.5 and my tank has 150 litres in it.
100ml rowaphos - 400litres
250ml - 1000l
HELP!!!

Do you have a link to the directions or the table it's referring to?

Art. No. 040401 100ml ROWAphos for up to 400l Saltwater
Art. No. 040402 250ml ROWAphos for up to 1000l
Art. No. 040405 500ml ROWAphos for up to 2000l

I don't know what the 'Art No.' refers to and can't find one anywhere on the tub.

According to that, and from what you've posted, I would say you have to add around 16ml. Don't quote me on that but does this make sense to you after looking at that page?

I made it around 18! If I add 17 I think I should be safe!
