how much stress coat can you use daily?????

86 is the temp where the immune system functions the best and anything 82+ will keep ich from growing in tank as well. Obviously in outside conditions they have to be able to stand more than 72 degrees so it's strange people worry so much about high temps. The only drawback is they will kick up their metabolism and have much more appetite which can lead to more waste.

Optimal temp for optimal bodily functions are not same for all living organisms. Wouldnt raise temp in treatment of fin rot although 86F are manageable.

Ich at 82+ will speed up their life cycle and will proliferate in presence of hosts.

ash I know you didnt mean it was a cure for fin rot absolutely and thats not what i said i simply wanted to know if you could use it daily to help repair the fins ...some other people got the wrong idea...thankyou for all your help...I used MelaFix and PimaFix today and his fins are up as you can see in the pics. So i would say he is improving

If OP really thought of SC to assist in repair of fins which is same as being cured/healed unless SC somehow performs surgical procedures such as doctors repairing torned tendons, etc.
Like I said, reason before action and dont fall for all the claims made by mfr.

Focus on your fish as prev images, although blur, may suggest protruding and even hazy eyes as well as possible skin/scale problems/infections .

btw, glad to hear of improvement which I would attribute to Binox over Mel/Pim.
Shouldve continued on one med as No one should expect improvment and/or complete recovery in few days for severe infections as yours..
Reasoning before action will usually render rational/logical answers, although such reasoning can be very difficult tasks since depends on ones knowledge/experiences/willingness to accept new info/facts.....
