How often do you feed your fish?

I have asked this before, but I'll do a poll this time to see if more people respond.

I have a fairy wrasse, and had read that they need to eat twice a day. I have avoided anthias, because I read that they need to eat four times a day.

I have read so much conflicting info. Just curious how everyone else does it.
