I know I shouldn't have done it, but it'll give me an excuse to get a bigger tank.
I went to the store and got 3 Peppered Cory Cats (Corydoras paleatus) and they are all less than an inch long - they're so cute! I know a better number for corys would be closer to 6, sooo... I went back to the store thinking I might be able to fit one more, and of course they only had 2 left! So I did the only humane thing, I bought both! I couldn't leave the one poor little guy in the tank alone!!!
The one problem is my tank is a 10g that has a betta going in there. Right now they fit in there just fine, but I know once they are full grown I'll have to move them to a larger tank ... Shhh, don't tell my boyfriend, hehe!
My question is how quickly do these guys grow? Am I going to have to upgrade in a couple months or closer to a year?
I think my next tank may be a 29g but not sure yet. Depends what I can get away with!
