How quiet are Eheim Proffessional II filters?

Hi All,

I'm considering getting one but it has to go in my bedroom so needs to be real quiet (i mean rrrreally quiet! i'm a light sleeper). I've got an old Fluval 303 but it's a little too noisy.

They make no noise. All of my Eheims are so quiet you cannot tell they are running except by putting your hand on them to feel the slight vibration.

That sounds good. can't tell if the 303 is old or it's just a noisy product. bought it 2nd hand and although it looks like and excellent filter, it a bit of a rattler.
