In reality this can be considered animal cruelty I'd called the cops and let them see the video, at the very least its vandalism. If its your stuff and they didn't have permission. But then again, I don't have strong family feelings, I'd throw my sister in jail at the slightest reason.

Also the pocket book hitting is good, and the video is proof in court... sorry again, I don't deal one on one with family I let the cops deal with em so...
 
I just googled your city/town and apparently at the time of this post (1:49am) it is apparently 56 degrees. This is when you take a bb gun or paintball gun filled with metal bearings or marbles and point it at your brother and all of his friends in the middle of the night. Tell them to take off all their clothes and throw them out of the house and lock them out. Record them shivering in the cold and post it up on Facebook. Basicly give them a taste of their own medicine.

I don't really see how it's a crime. I didn't say shoot the darn kids. -_- I doubt someone will say no anyways with something like that pointed at them. It was just to get them outside in the cold. I don't see how this is any different from the taser suggestion, neither bb guns or modified paintball guns are lethal. I never said to leave them outside the entire night. I think an hour or so will teach them a decent lesson.
 
Build a electric water field above water level so every time he touches the water, it shocks.
 
is your brothewr the one with black/brown hair in pic with you? he looks exetremely familar, the guy that i know that reminds me of him is a total jerk, and all we have to do is threaten to throw his hamster in the tank with our crays, he stops quick

I get the impression there's a door on this room. If there's a door, there must be a knob. If there's a door and a knob, there must be a home depot. :thm: If there's a home depot, there's replacement knobs that have locks. Just don't give the bro a key.

edit: have your parents or the parents of the friends in question seen the video?
 
Have you discussed this with your parents at all? They should be the ones to "punish" your brother. They really should be aware of what he and his friends do "for fun", Lord only knows what else they do outside of the house. They could perhaps stop some activities with serious consequenses and in the process keep him away from your fish.

Yes, my mom thought it was funny. she doesn't understand how sensitive fish are i guess. everybody around me that i try to talk to about fish just roll their eyes at me like im a 5 year old making up stories, and then say very slowly "they're FISH".
I talked to him for a while, and apparently he thinks that fish are somehow not intelligent enough to feel fear. Thats how all his friends were as well. After trying to explain fish to them for a while, i think they understand somewhat. They looked like they felt bad, but i don't think they felt horrible like i would have. but anyway, i got an apology from him and he said he honestly didn't know that fish were so sensitive.
i just don't understand why people can't comprehend that holding a fish out of water is the equivilent to holding, say, a guinea pig underwater for an extended period of time.
