how to breed neon tetra

I have 6 neon tetras and I want to know if I can breed them. Can you tell me how to do it?

Well first step you need a second tank handy.

Then you need to identify a male and female and isolate them. Condition them.

okay. My second five gallon tank broke the other day so i will have to get a new one

I've never done it, but I checked an old book for you and it says they require a GH of 5 and a temperature of 70. Only put 1 male and 1 female in it, they need a tank with dim lights and water sprite.

Get some aquarium sealant and you can reseal it yourself. The Ohio Fish Rescue posted a how to video on this some time ago:

Also, I rescaped my tank yesterday. I will have to add some leaves for the tannins
