I spent an hour once trying to catch one Odessa Barb...after much cussing, water splashing, arm cramping and destroying of my lovely planted tank I waited till lights out. Grabbed a flashlight and large net and took him by surprise - caught him while he was 'sleeping.' Took under half a minute...if only I had tried that first.
