Do you clean them, and if so how?
I have a 180g freshwater. There seem to be little bits of debris at the bottom of the overflows, and 1 side has some algae growing.
Any ideas?

). Then flush it (no pun intended) with some water to rinse the bits out. I don't know how big your overflow is, if it's a reef ready setup thats what I use.
