How to feed Otocinclus Arnoldi?

We recently got 5 Otocinclus Arnoldi. These are much bigger than our old otos and are eating much more. Yesterday, we gave them a lettuce and they ate it all. :eek3: What should I give them as an supplement?

The following is my initial plan. I am not sure that may not be enough.

My current plan is as follows.

Mon and Wed: an algae disk
Fri: luttuce, romaine luttuce or zuccini

as algae eaters/herbivores, they eat almost constantly. I would suggest algae wafers MWF and fresh fruit/veg TThS, with one day fast on W/C day.

^^ I agree zuc, romaine, leaf lettuce maybe chard. I feed veg 2-3 times/week & my fish aren't even vegetarians, just spoiled. My otos like shrimp or earthworm pellets or Tetra tabimin, you might try those too.

I don't fast fish more than 1 day/week & my husband think that's cruel.

I never tried any fruit yet. What kinds of fruits are good for them?

actually, i don't know why I put fruit lol. I've only tried vegs. Maybe harder fruit like apples that hold together better underwater.

i had luck with cucumbers, but they didnt seem to eat them alot until night fall, where i cant watch them :swear:
