How To Keep My Betta From Being Naughty?

Hey guys. I have a little problem.

I have a betta who is the biggest pig in the whole world. He'll eat anything.

I used to have a snail in with him but he'd eat their algae wafer and get constipated. I wouldn't mind if he did that if it didn't make him constipated all the time.

Now I have two albino corys in there with him and I try to feed them their food and he eats it and gets fat.

SO... any ideas on how to keep him from eating his buddie's food?

I'm thinking I might have to put him in a jar while they're eating of something.

You could drop in half a sinking wafer (broken again in half) after lights out.

I have a similar issue with my betta pigging out on the snello I made for my snails. Ive resorted to night-time feedings which work in complete darkness. If there's the least amount of light from a computer screen or dim bulb, he's lying on the snail pile taking nibbles...

Ah, that's a good idea. I'm going to start doing that and see if it works.

Also on another note, Sephy is gorgeous! Where'd you get him?

Thanks! Believe it or not, Petco! I was poking through cups looking at females, when I found him stashed in the back. Very lucky... Best $7.99 I ever spent! :hearts:

Oh wow. All my babies are from Petco too. They can have such beautiful fish!

And yes, UN, I'm thinking of a shock collar if he doesn't start behaving.
