How & When to stock a tank?

The 'rearranging' thing works as dave said. Just make sure if you do have to rearrange you add the peaceful one in first as you would if you were just putting them in. Usually (key word) the fish who goes in second will accept the other one as being there first. A lot of it just depends on how aggressive the fish is. I've never had parrots so I don't know but I have read that they are pretty aggressive.

Good news, Put some food in this morning, Walked away from the tank (So I could see him, but he couldnt see me :)) and he ate the lot.

He hasnt been that agressive, I put my pleco in the tank last night (mainly to get a cleanup detail started) and the parrot give him a bit of greif when he went into his corner but after that little incident things are fine.
The parrot now accepts the pleco and the fact the pleco has choosen a place to live.

Tonight I am going to try him on some frozen bloodworm, so lets hope he eats that

Thanks everyone :)

Bloodworm was a success! :)

Thank god he's eating again, I think hes just a bit of a moody fish but hopefully now I can enjoy watching him without anymore worries :)

Thanks all for the excellent advice and tips (as usual :D)
