how would this light setup be?

I am thinking a canopy for my 75 gallon reef with a 2x56 watt t5 with separate reflectors running actinics for both bulbs and 2x150 or 175 watt
halides .

was going to get an aqualight pro but they are super expensive,I can buy canopy and halides and already have the t5 light.

would this setup be good? better than the aqualight?

You should be able to keep all but the most light dependant animals with that set up, i have no experiance with aqualight pro

Remember to set it up with plenty of cooling, such as a big fan in the canopy. MH lights get VERY hot. That setup should let you keep everything you want to, not really any limits with that lighting.

If you get 150 DE HQIs you will be able to keep just about everything. A SE 175 will limit some SPS position options. I would go with 250's if you can afford it.
