How natural are you going??
Also you going to keep the wattage of the light or think of bumping it up?

You can try and get some Marsilea and use that as a foreground, for background maybe some ludwigia?

As far as fish stock, can go for a shrimp tank with a small school of neons or galaxy rasboras
