You can use GE silicone I for windows and doors (not bathroom tub/tile stuff), I use clear, and yes reseal all the seams.

If it started after 2 weeks it could have been stress from an unlevel platform that cause the problem.

Drain, empty and dry the tank. Scrape out ALL interior sealant and clean surfaces.

Reseal the entire interior.

I used half a big tube re-sealing a 4 foot tank, just keep the excess for any further repairs (seal the end of the tube with a screw )
