Some of the space heaters have built-in thermostats. I like Electronic Oil Filled Radiator Heaters.


13 Watt Mini Spiral Screw-In Compact Flourscent Light Bulbs are very efficient. That's what I use in my fishroom.
I have a ceiling fan with a 4 lights on it and a tree floor lamp that I move around as needed.
