Not that it really matters as this is not a thread about WHERE but HOW they are treating their animals. EMAIL WITH PICS is your best defense.

and i missed the garbage day when they were throwing away the tank setup

Not nearly as bad as what I saw today... The little bit I could see into the tank. Probably 25 puffers in one of their small tanks, and everything was covered in algae. Looks like it hasn't been touched in a few weeks
