beautifulfish, do you really live in Tromsø? That's near 70 degrees north lattitude, well into the Arctic Circle.
I've been to Trondheim in the winter...I can't believe how tough the people are there. We were all bundled up while the Norwegian AF officer who hosted us was in a much lighter jacket, trousers and boots (almost summer-type gear).
