how do you clean yours? Run some bleach through it?

Thanks! No, I just take it off the tubing, and run a tube brush, one that is the diameter of the heater, which is 5/8", thru until it looks clean. Now that I think of it, snails love to get in there too. Make sure you check for leaks after you reassemble it.
