having vanquished my algae problem my anubias and crypts are putting out new leaves. It appears my current fert routine is working. I'm about to run out of flourish iron and will be dosing dry, I am currently dosing dry trace ferts. It's not as intimidaing as I had feared.

fantastic news, linda. now it's your job to help spread the word how easy dry ferts actually are. :D the only intimidating part is the chemical names. once they're in you hands it's easy peasy. much easier than the seachem line, that's for sure.

Fear is the the thing that causes most to avoid this, but that's all it was, fear, it's easy after you do it 2-3x.

I was the same way.

trying to post a pic001.JPGstuff growing on anubias nana is java moss. 3 are 3 nans on the driftwood, all are clear of algae and spouting new leaves. I've added floaters to help use up eexcess ferts
