Usually it is the kids bringing home animals not the parents. But when I was growing up my mom brought every stray you could ever imagine home. But I am glad because I got my love of life from her. Thanks Mom!

I think that's a mummified dog. At least, I don't think it's alive. Note it's blind in at least one eye, the other eye looks like it may be blind as well.
