at least Sam is blind and can't see how ugly he really is. just think what that would do to a poor dog's confidence
but about the original dog, "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder"
lol

I'm weighing in with D.D. on this one. Dog in the first "ugly dog" picture is alive in the photo and currently in ugly dog heaven. The second ugly dog "Sam," is, I believe, the current holder of the "World's Ugliest Dog" title. Both Sam and his predecessor had cataracts and misshapen teeth. The latter lived to be something like 15 years old. Just goes to prove, beauty ain't everything.
I have 3 cats, and they are all trained. Anyone who wants some pointers on how to train cats, let me know lol. I've trained my older cat at 4 years old, and my newest addition when he was little, as well as a stubborn cat that belongs to my boyfriend.
They all know how to sit, stand, and "get down" which is like crouching... on demand. Which is nice during feeding time so you dont have 3 cats trippiing you.
At one time my cat would listen immediatly to commands such as "down" "come" and "stay" as well as never get on counters.... not anymore... my boyfriend who doesnt train his animales ruined my cat with his when I moved in. But I can give you tips on how to train them. They wont do anything without reward.
DOGGIE PICS! Good job on adopting! It's the only way to go!
