I am not understanding LED lighting

Correct me if im wrong but cant you just raise the lights making the PAR less powerful?

There is no dimmer that I can find for my lighting fixture. But I also do not know what to look for in a dimmer.

You are right, as far as I know at least. But I really have no way of raising the light and I was everything to sit as close together as possible.

I did find that Current USA makes a LED strip that should put me into the Med/High lighting range which I feel would be perfect. But first I will see how the plants respond to the co2 I am soon going to add. If they do well then I will not add the extra light.

You have a satellite plus fixture, right? You can dim the fixture from your remote.
