Another thing that gets under my skin... you ask for Ketchup and mayo (yes, I have mayo with my fries)...

You open the bag, and alas, no ketchup, no mayo, no straws, or napkins!!

Drives me up a wall!!!
 
holy smokes folks! people make mistakes, ive worked in the food industry myself and messed up plenty of orders. deal with it, mistakes are a part of life, trying to get someone fired for a little mistake is bull. stop eating fast food, its horrible for you. The customer is NOT always right.

We're just venting. No harm intended. I've worked in restauration for at least 10 years, and you're absolutely right.. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. But don't take it personally. It's all in good fun.

And I do agree with you, trying to get someone fired for a mistake isn't something I'd particularly do.

whoa whoa whoa...

okay.. the customer is not always right, but when i pull up to the box and you cant hear what i'm saying cause you and your co workers are giggling and screwing around... thats not my fault at all...

and for me to have to repeat my order is okay, but i'd atleast expect it to be right...

and when i got my food i was checking the reciept and he kept saying "have a nice day sir, have a nice day sir" trying to get me to leave...

I said... "hold on bro, does this say chicken?"

..."yeah"

... "i ordered beef."

... "no you didnt."

... "um... yes..."

otherwise i just wont order anything... lets get the mystery meal... no point in ordering since i wont get what i want anyways...

people do make mistakes... and when its an honest mistake we can all just brush it off and continue on with our days... if not dont get a job where customers are involved.
 
I've also worked in a restaurant and i know there is always the inevitable-unreasonable customer, but I always make sure and be extra polite when ordering food... cause, well they're handling your food.

(who's seen Waiting?") haha...

I just didnt like the way he handled himself... wether he got fired becuase of me or not... i dont know... i just know bad employees like that dont last...

now i can go to that taco bell and not worry about arguing with a moron.

but after that experience... I really appreciate when people get my order right...

this kid at Jack In The Box is awesome... never forgets the ranch!
 
I'm just jealous that you guys from across the border got so many choices..

I've never had Taco Bell,
or Arby's...
I ate at the IHOP once in my life,

and I never even heard of Jack in the box!!!
