I can't contain my excitement!!!

*chuckles* He's not made of solid gold or anything, ya know... ^_^;;

I mean, he is pretty and I love his personality and everything... but I've also seen lots of beautiful bettas in my time (some owned by members right here, of course!) and though he's definitely at the top of my list, he's not the Golden Calf or the answer to all things beautiful and finned or anything like that.

I just hope that no one is disappointed. I know I wasn't, but then again I'm the one that gets to live with him and know him better than any picture could portray, too. Regardless, I hope he lives up to everyone's realistic expectations... ^___^;;

Or I may be in for a verbal lynchin'... :eek:

Speaking of lycnching, you wanna play the Mafia Game 3 when it somes out?

Btw, if you breed a black female with him, can I PLEASE have/buy some babys?? I can mail you baby shrimps (Amano or Cherry?)!!

I would keep him up on the live and frozen food, get him maybe some java moss and/or fern, not too crowded, just enough for him to look at a bit.

To me, he's right up there with Discus and those giant-headed Flowerhorns.

:) :perv: :headbang2: :grinyes: :drool: :clap: :cool: :p: :hi: :hitting: :bling: :woot: :popcorn: :thm: :dance: :joe: :dive: :cool-1: :mwave: :hearts: :dive2: :cheers: :cool2: :owned: :bday: :D :worthy: :thumbsup: :naughty: ;) :y220e: :bowing: :rolleyes: :goldfish: :grinno: :jaw: :tropicalfish:

I'd love to breed him! I'm actually keeping a lazy eye out for a nice-looking black orchid CT or DT female with some red in her fins to compliment his colors so the babies would be of like coloring and finnage. I'm in no rush, though... he's still a young fella and I'd need a lot of money for all the equipment I'd need.

It'd be criminal for him not to have at least a few babies to carry on his beautiful color and pattern... and his fiesty personality!!! :grinyes:

My friend can't make it. She's repairing her truck and it's taking longer than she expected. I'll drop off the camera tonight and have pics up by tomorrow when the photos show up in my inbox.

Sorry for the additional delays... ^_^;;

No problem Kyohti...we will wait along with you...as long as he is fine and making you happy...we will all enjoy the pictures when the time comes.....until then....:) :) :) :) :) :)

I want a coconut hut for my baby now....:cry: :cry:....but no room....:lipssealedsmilie:

She has the camera... I'm waiting for the email with the photos to arrive...

I hope they come out okay. Her digital camera is a bargain type... hard to get non-blurry photos with good detail. That, and Dante's such a squirmy, active little fella. :P

Pardon my French, but

$%#&!!!!

My friend left her USB cable at work. I swear I'm CURSED. :wall:

Tomorrow, come HECK or HIGH WATER she has promised me she'll send the photos so I can post them.

Jeeziz... these 14-hour workdays are killing me enough and now this...

The problem is you are thinking about it way toooo hard...just breathe and relax and everything will turn out just fine....because the more we rush the more things will get put in our paths to make us not meet our dead lines....don't be in a hurry....and the pix will come to you...and when they do then you can post.....so take it easy....and we will still be here...:) ...and if I did 14 hour days man i would go nuts....(which im sure ya already are:eek3: )....

Yeah... but we're having an overtime race in our company. The first place winner gets a 32" Visio flatscreen HDTV, 2nd place gets a 30-gig iPod Video and 3rd place gets a 2-gig iPod Nano.

Plus we get either attendance credits or $5 wal-mart giftcards for each hour of OT we work PLUS our normal time-and-a-half pay for each hour!!!

I signe up for about 55 hours' worth myself on top of my regular 40-hour shift. I'd have taken a LOT more... but I have fish, a dog and cats at home that need to eat and go potty and need me for those things.

Still, how sweet is that?!? Sometimes... juuuuust sometimes... I love this job.

Even if my brain is slowly dissolving into a lumpy, pastey substance I can't begin to describe... :drool:
