I Did It

Eco complete as well as all nutruent rich substrates will leech nutrients into the water column obviously not enough to balance the ratio to light and co2 but its a descent amount of trace elements .

Wow dude that thing is pricey. I agree his needle valves look real good and I would love to get a few but thats a lot for a regulator.
You shouldn't pay more than 90-100bucks for a regulator. Then with the extra money you could get a nice glass bubble counter from e-bay $20.

Well, everyone kept saying that pretty much every regulator but Rex's had problems and needed to be modified in one way or another, so I figured spend the extra and get it right the first time.

Sure, the Ideal valve is a luxury, but when I calculated the whole thing out the other valve I wanted and the LPR made it awfully close.

I don't know why you think it's so much more. With the same features and a bubble counter, every other regulator out there is within $20-$30 and not nearly as nice as this one.

Also, I don't know any other regulator seller who is as helpful as Rex has been for answering questions. You're definitely not going to get that kind of help from the eBay sellers. They are pretty much just selling a product.
