I've got a 37 gallon with 2 convicts,4 danios and one yo-yo loach.

Algae has taken over the tank and i hate to disturb the cons when they lay the eegs for fear or the female eating them.
Could i throw in a bristlenose pleco or something?

Another thing, i was wondering if i put a divider in my tank if i could add another pair of small cichlids.

I doubt all of these things but i just want some opinions.

I wouldn't put in a divider as it is said that a pair of cons needs at least a 29 gallon to breed comfortably. I think you can add the pleco. Be prepared for the cons to pick on him though, and for his fins to be shredded every once in awhile. That's what happened to mine anyway. ;)
Just make sure he's got a few hiding spots so he can rest if they do start bothering him.

I believe that RTR is asking you for the levels of Nitrates, Nitrites, Ammonia, pH, Hardness, et cetera, and, also, for how often you change your water.
