i just saw my bettas making love! i let the female out into the tank and she went right for the male-AND SHE CHASED HIM THE WHOLE TIME! 15 minutes later i walked back in and saw them embracing. i have never actually seen it happen. they always do it when im gone these 2 are a couple of love birds. theyre not tearing each other up and theyre hangin out together under the nest

ya know, same thing happened to me. We just put the female in to the male tank to give her a break from the other pesterings.
low and behold not 1 day later they were embracing and now I have 10+ little bettas flitting about
