I just got back from the LFS and finally found pygmy corydoras there. I've wanted some for a very, very, very long time and never found any locally. They had about half a dozen of them for .99 a piece so of course I cleaned their tank out. I've never seen cory cats quite this small. I think the biggest one is approximately 1" long and most of them are about half that size.

Lucky you, and such a great price! I've also wanted some of those for a long time. On the bright side, I found out somebody locally is breeding them, they are just dot size right now; maybe he'll sell me some one day.

Congrats on the fish! I almost picked up a few of them once. It was the only time I had seen them in a store, but at the time I wasn't prepared for new fish. They sure were fun to watch, zooming all around the middle levels of the water and resting on the plants.

I recently managed to get my hands on 8 little Aspidoras pauciradiatus, which had been on my wish list for a while. They are quite similar to the dwarf cories (habrosus), and will only reach an inch and a half at the most. They're great little fish and I can sit and watch them for hours.

You have albino pygmies? That must be a very rare find, I've never even heard of them before. Are you able to tell their sexes?

They're kind of lost in the 55 gallon right now. I'm going to try to get about a dozen more if I can find them.
