I found him!!

I'll try this week to get a picture of him. I've never tried a picture with that light before. I only have one blue light in there so far. Blue ones are tough to find.
 
He was out and about today.

Here's pictus. I've had shrimp in there with him before. They just have to be big like this guy. He's actually sharing a cave with him.

Cool pics!! I totally thought bamboo shrimp were a grayish / yellow color...atleast that's how the look at my local PetCo. Wow, and your pictus hasn't bothered him?? My pictus got too big for his tankmates (in my 55G), so he moved away... =(
 
I've had a lot of success with large bamboo shrimp in my tank in the past. There's no way the pictus could fit him in his mouth. He's 2.5 inches. None of the fish are bothering him. I think he finally figured out he was safe in there.
 
That's great! I have bad luck finding them.
 
Hmm...that has be convinced...I think I'll pick one up the next time I see one. My RCS have me totally hooked on shrimp...lol
