SO yesterday I posted an ad on Facebook that I was looking for a 125 or 150 to replace my current 135 with a cracked bottom. Someone I barely know messaged me saying he had a 125 setup I could have for FREE. Only had to drive 20 min, but when I walked in expecting to see a standard 125 - 72x18 footprint - he actually had a 120 - 48x24x24. Not what I was looking for but I couldnt pass up a free 120 setup. So now I have no idea what I want to put in it. :y220d:

Anyone have some cool/unusual ideas, big or small?
Anyone ever done Mudskippers?

Isnt a standard 125 60x18? Just curious because thats what the local ones are. But awesome to get a free tank!

72x18x22, some call it a display tank. Ive also seen them in the 5 ft variety but not sure of the dimensions.

Congrats on the free pick up!

Congrats on the free tank.

a 120 is a great discus/angel tank

The size would probably work well for a paludarium(land/water) since you have some height and width to work with. I would probably do Archer fish in a paludarium.

That's a really big size for mudskippers but could be a lot of fun! I have mine in a 75 gallon. I love my setup, which includes a little makeshift waterfall and mangrove trees.
