well i rebuilt it...set it up, had tons of problems, cursed and kicked for a while...then went to watertesters and bought a milwaukee regulator. done.

I love my diy co2, set it up perfect the first time I did it
I used 2 2 litre bottles, check valve coming from both of them, then the t connector, then an air stone. I get a nice steady mist of co2, the only problem I have had so far was when my dogs tipped one of the bottles over, but that was an easy fix.
