Not sure I'm gonna get a better shot. And would I be correct to assume that these long worm guys are planara?

Oval shaped critters are usually ostracods. Check for them.

If you want to see a real aquatic looking roach, google "aquatic isopod".

Whew! That makes me feel a whole lot better! Guess I'll have to start uprooting plants and working on gravel vacs. Dang...that's gonna be a toughie in a sensitive tank.

It's interesting watching these things move all through the substrate. Yuck! Definately don't seem to bother anything and the shrimp don't pay them any attention either.
