i know thsi guy who is a huge idiot...

yup yup. i have experienced that too. i also bough a diamond goby and the first night i introduced it to the tank, it jumped. good thing I had a tight lid. But then he kept on jumping for about 2 weeks, and it enxded up landing in the filter, where I had to fish him out and that rteally messed up my biological filteration. I lost 5 mushrooms, a large rock of star polyps and a frogspawn coral. now I have a mesh on top of the filter to keep that from happeneing again!

i was talking to my boss at work today as he is pretty good at coming up with ideas and we came up with a bird mesh that farmers thorw on trees to keep birds out do you think that this could work?

I'm sorry for your loss, but I just don't get it! Is the water on the other side really bluer? Like, what goes through their little brains when, when, well where is the splash? and then thump. I hate that! I blame myself, making fish faces back at them, they must have just thought... well who knows, but I hate it.

I'm not sure what it is, but as long as it isn't going to block to much light from corals you should be ok.

its a mesh that farmers use on plants, i think that it doesnt block light because trees depend on light as much as coral does.
