Greeting from an island that is long in New York. i came here from monsterfishkeepers.com in hopes of trading some new information with people who may not be members over there.

I keep quite a few different tanks, with many types of fish. some of my tanks are far from species you may find together in nature, but it works for me. all fish are happy (as far as i can tell) and healthy. ive been keeping fish most of my 24 years on this earth, and have had almost everything from platys to stingrays with great success, and even a few mess ups along the way.

currently im keeping:

250g-4 Red Belly Pacu (one is 18", the other 3 around 10"), 1 Tiger Oscar, 1 Red Devil, and 5 Jack Dempseys...... i plan on building a tank for them with this years tax check. im hoping on a 10x5x5, which should be 1870g if all goes well. eventually, 4 pacu that can be 3ft each will need a pond of thousands of gallons i know, but ill worry about that in 3-4years when i move to the southern part of the US.

a 75g-with 2 "tea-cup" stingrays (P. Reticulata), 1 Black Ghost Knife, 1 Chocolate Cichlid and a blood parrot. these guys will move to the 250g once the big tank is done, with the addition of some new tank mates.

a 55g with 2-convicts 1 "jellybean" parrot, 1 Featherfin catfish, 1 spotted Raphael catfish, 1 Pike, and 2 small dempseys

55g- 3 Comets, 1 Lionhead, 1 Black Oranda, 1 Common goldfish, 2 giant danios, and 1 common pleco

as you can see, i have a decent amount of fish right now. still no where near alot of other people, but enough until i find another good deal on a 75g+ tank :lipssealedsmilie:
