I need help ASAP!

Most of the above posts are right on. This was an aborted pregnancy due to stress. Providing a save place for the female now is very important. This type of stress can kill her if she is not given time to recover. The green eggs you see are just that, eggs that did not fully develop within the female. Often you will see the babies from an ‘abortion’ range from fully-developed (these will survive if fed), still-born, partially developed (these are the hardest to look at IMO, often half fish/half egg that will attempt to scoot itself around but will not ultimately survive) to un-hatched eggs.

Should I let the eggs hatch in the breeder and should I save the babies?
The un-hatched eggs will not hatch at any time once they have left the females protective body. I usually fed them to the other fish or the mother, no sense wasting good protein and eggs are very nutritious. Try feeding them to the mother; she could use the extra nourishment right now. The fully-developed babies will survive if you feed them and grow up quite normally.

She is having some babies that seem to be fine in size and are active but their guts are exposed on their bellies.
The ‘guts are exposed on their bellies’ are just the baby fish absorbing their placenta. This is normal and they survive on it for about 24 hours. After it is gone you will need to start supplementing them with minimal crushed flake foods a couple times a day.

I have never had much success with breeder traps. IMO they cause more stress and abortions than anything else. Plus babies tend to get stuck in those stupid plastic slits. I used a 10g with java moss and sponge filter as a grow-out tank for the fry and just allowed moms to have their babies in the main tank and siphon the fry out later. Providing you have plenty of hiding spots most fry will survive.
